terms of service

1. MY ART CANNOT BE USED AS NFT

2. Payment and deadlines

- Payment in usd via PayPal (or if you're from Poland in pln via bank transfer, exchange according to current rates)
- Payment must be done 100% upfront
- I'm open to discuss refunds if haven't sent any wip 4months after payment.
- I don't refund money after starting work.

3. Commissions

- My commissions are only for personal use, do not use them commercially
- I can refuse commission without stating reason
- I start work only after receiving full payment
- I work mostly in payment order - trello
- I send wips during every step of the work (sketch, lineart, flatcolor, shading - it can vary depending on commission). I'll send more in case of painting or if client asks
- I may start next art in queue while waiting for wip review or to take brake from current one
- You have to credit me with every use of my artwork. Use depending on the side nick DzikiBadyl (toyhouse, deviantart, artfight, youtube) or @dziki.badyl (instagram)
- Inform me if change your username so I won't lose you!
- I accept only unshaded, clear refs, with colors shown in digital or high quality photos in case of commissioning real people/animals portraits. Otherwise I also must be provided with digital colour palette.
- By commissioning me you agree to posting your commission on my social media and using it as example. (If it's surprise for someone feel free to ask me to not posting it before certain date)

4. Designs

- My designs are only for personal use, do not use them commercially
- Feel free to change everything you like as long as I'll be credited as original designer.
- I ask for credit on reference sheet, toyhouse or any similar sites (my TH nick: DzikiBadyl)
- Don't sell design for more than it was bought (unless it has more art)
Design belongs to me before full payment.
- I don't do refunds.
